1. What size are Oris bracelets?

Our bracelets are adjustable thanks to a sliding knot system. They fit both narrow and wider wrists (men and women). One size fits all!

2. Are your bracelets water resistant?

Yes, our cords are water-resistant. You can wear them in the shower or pool without worry. However, like any jewelry, avoid harsh products to prolong their shine.

3. What are the delivery times?

Standard delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days in France. Free for orders over €30.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

4. Can I return a bracelet?

Of course! You have 30 days to change your mind.
Returns are free — just write to us at atelierorisbleu.com with your order number.

5. Do you do gift cards?

Not yet… but it’s in the pipeline!

6. How do I care for my bracelet?

Even if they are strong, a little love doesn't hurt:

• Rinse with clean water after swimming

• Avoid applying perfumes or creams directly on it.

• Store it away from sunlight when not wearing it
